CNC milling section consists of five machines inclusive of the Hurco Hawk 30 and 40. All are linked to design department where CAM software is used to produce intricate profiles and surfaces.
In addition there are a number of Bridgeport conventional milling machines.
Within the centre lathe section there are various machines from small toolroom lathes to a Crowform bed lathe accepting a maximum of 32” in diameter. This also has a grinding attachment to grind hard steel and carbide bores.
